Design Your Own Challenge Badge
Ever wondered how a Scout badge actually gets designed?
Behind every challenge is someone deciding what to test, how to reward it, and what makes finishing feel worth it.
In this activity, you become that designer. Pick a cause you care about, then build your own mini challenge badge. A name, three tasks, a symbol, and a way to know when it's earned. Then share it with Scouts from around the world.
Two-Handed Drawing
One pen. Two people. Zero talking.
Think you can create something together? Put your communication and teamwork skills to the test in this unusual drawing challenge.
Marshmallow Tower Challenge
Spaghetti. Tape. String. One marshmallow. How high can you go?

Grand Gestures - Storytelling with AI
We all use gesture recognition every day—probably without even noticing it. Communicating non-verbally by waving our hands, swiping across our phones, zooming in on a picture with two fingers… those little moves feel totally natural to us.
In this workshop, we’ll take single-stroke gestures and turn them into something even more interesting. We'll build our own AI and use it in creative ways to make our own stories come alive with animations. It’s your chance to mix coding, creativity, and a little bit of magic from the technology you already use every day.
Satellite Ops & ADS-B: Track Weather from Space and Aircraft Overhead
Join a live session showing how Scouts can receive real-time weather satellite imagery and build their own aircraft flight radar using low-cost software-defined radio. See live geostationary satellite data, watch aircraft appear on a 3D map from signals picked up in your own backyard, and learn what you need to set up a station at your Group.
